Terms of use.
The terms for using TNBT — membership, payment and what you can expect from us. Written to be readable.

TNBT provides education and analysis tools — not financial advice. Trading involves significant risk and you can lose your entire capital. Read the risk disclosure before you trade.
01Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by TNBT — TN BazemTrader (“TNBT”, “we”, “us”), which operates tnbt.se and app.tnbt.se. By creating an account or purchasing Premium, you accept these terms.

02What membership gives you
TNBT is built in tiers. You start free and unlock more as you go:

We develop the service continuously. Features may be added, changed or removed — see section 09.
03Your account and login
We do not use passwords. You log in with a one-time link sent to your email, and the school is reached with the same login. So there is no password held by us that can leak, and nothing for you to remember.
- The account is personal. The login link and the session are your keys — do not share them.
- You are responsible for your email address being correct and for having control over it.
- If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your account — get in touch, and we will replace your login.
- Sharing a Premium account with others may lead to the account being suspended. The same applies to systematic redistribution of content.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
04Premium: price, payment and renewal
- Price: SEK 490 per month, VAT included.
- Payment: handled by Stripe, which is also the seller of the service (merchant of record) and handles VAT. TNBT never receives and never stores your card details — they go straight to Stripe.
- Renewal: the subscription runs monthly and renews automatically until you cancel it. Payment is taken on the same date each month.
- Price changes: we will notify you by email well before a new price takes effect. You can always cancel before then.
- Failed payment: if a payment does not go through, Premium access is paused until the payment has been completed.
05Right of withdrawal
14 days' right of withdrawal — no hassle
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of taking out Premium. Get in touch within that time and we will refund the entire fee, regardless of whether you have already used the service.
Tell us by email or on Discord — it is enough that you say you want to withdraw from the purchase. The refund is made via Stripe to the same payment method, normally within 14 days of our receiving your notice.
The right of withdrawal applies to the first purchase. On automatic renewal of an ongoing subscription, cancellation under the next section applies instead.
06Cancelling your membership
You can cancel Premium at any time, with no minimum term and no notice period.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep your access until then.
- We do not split or refund months already begun, beyond the right of withdrawal above.
- If you want your account deleted entirely, see the privacy policy.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms — in the first instance after a warning, immediately in the event of serious breaches. If you have paid for a period you cannot use because of our suspension, we will refund that part, unless the suspension is due to your having misused the service.
07The content and what you may do with it
Course material, analyses, texts, graphics and code belong to TNBT and are protected by copyright. As a member you may use the content for your own learning and your own trading.
You may not, however, copy, publish, resell or share the content in groups of your own, or use it to build a competing service. Occasional quotations with a clear attribution to TNBT are always welcome.
If you write something yourself in the community or to Powell, you keep the rights to it, but you grant us the right to display it within the service.
08Conduct in the community
The Discord is meant to be a place where you dare to ask and dare to admit a bad trade. So:
- No personal advice between members that holds itself out as professional advice.
- No marketing of signal services, asset management, “guaranteed returns” or referral or pyramid schemes.
- No harassing, threatening or abusive tone.
- Do not share other people's personal data or screenshots of private conversations.
We moderate on the basis of these points and may remove posts or suspend anyone who breaches them repeatedly.
09Availability and changes
We aim for the service to work around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, faults at market data providers or other circumstances beyond our control may make the service wholly or partly unavailable for periods.
We may change these terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by email or in the portal at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel your membership before it comes into force.
10Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you always have the protection given by mandatory Swedish consumer legislation, regardless of what is stated here.
If we disagree, we want to resolve it directly first — get in touch, we answer. If we get no further, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se) or to the ordinary Swedish courts. If you live in the EU, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
