01Who is responsible

TNBT is the data controller for the processing described here. It covers tnbt.se, app.tnbt.se with the member portal and the trading academy, and our Discord server.

04Suppliers that process data on our behalf

We do not sell and do not share your data. We do, however, use established suppliers to make the service work — they process data on our behalf, on our instructions, and may not use it for their own purposes:

SupplierWhat they do
StripeTakes the payment and is the seller of the service. Handles the card details — we never see them.
MailchimpMember register and email mailings.
GoogleVerification at log-in and processing of member data.
DiscordThe community. Your use of Discord is also subject to their own policy.
OpenAI, Anthropic and PerplexityThe language models behind Powell — see the next section.
one.comWeb hosting and server operations.

Several of these are based in the United States. Transfers then take place with the safeguards the GDPR requires, mainly the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Beyond this we only disclose data where we are obliged to by law or by a decision of a public authority.

05When you chat with Powell

Powell runs on language models from the suppliers above. In order to answer, what you write is passed on to the model. We do not include your email address or your name in the query.

A practical tip: do not write sensitive personal data, account numbers or log-in details to Powell — neither here nor in any other AI tool. The conversations are stored with us so the coach remembers where you are in your learning, and you can ask us to delete them.

06How long we keep it

If you ask for erasure, we remove what we are not obliged to keep, and we do it without undue delay.

07Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising tracking, no ad networks and no third-party cookies for marketing. What we do use is necessary for the service to work:

You can clear the storage in your browser at any time. That logs you out.

08Your rights

You have the right to:

We normally reply within 30 days, and it costs nothing.

09Contact and complaints

Questions about this policy, or do you want to exercise any of the rights above? Email support@tnbt.se.

If you are not happy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se), which is the supervisory authority in Sweden.

We may update the policy as the service changes. If there are material changes we will let you know — the date at the top always shows when it was last changed.
