TNBT / Risk disclosure
Risk disclosure & disclaimer.
The most important thing first: TNBT provides education and analysis tools. We do not provide financial advice, and we never tell you what to buy or sell.

Trading involves significant risk
Trading in currencies, indices, shares, commodities and CFDs involves high risk and is not suitable for everyone. With leverage, losses can arise quickly and you can lose all of the capital you have invested. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and never with borrowed money.
01What TNBT is
TNBT is an education platform with accompanying analysis tools. In concrete terms, the service consists of:
- The trading academy — course modules, exercises and an AI coach that explains concepts and methodology.
- Analysis tools — technical levels, zones, market overviews, macro summaries and statistics calculated from market data.
- Community — a Discord where members and we discuss the market and methodology.
All of this has one single purpose: that you learn to understand the market and make your own decisions on a better footing.
02What TNBT is not
This list is just as important as the previous one. TNBT is not:
- A financial adviser. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio advice or personal recommendations. Nothing we publish takes account of your finances, your risk appetite or your objectives — and can therefore never be advice directed at you.
- A signal service. We do not sell buy or sell signals and we do not promise any trades to copy.
- A copy trading community. You cannot mirror anyone's trades through us.
- A source of promises about returns. We never promise profit, returns or results — neither expressly nor by implication.
- An asset manager or a broker. We never receive, hold or manage your money, and we do not pass any trades on to the market.
TNBT is therefore not subject to the authorisation requirement of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) for investment advice or securities business, because we do not carry on such activities. The broker you choose is a separate party with its own authorisations, its own terms and its own responsibility for your account.
03What the analysis actually says
The analysis tools run calculations on market data and present the result. It is important that you read them for what they are:
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Levels and zones | Price areas where the market has reacted historically. An observation about where trading has taken place — not an instruction about where you should enter or exit. |
| Bias or direction | How the technical picture looks right now according to a given method. A situation can turn within minutes, and the method can quite simply be wrong. |
| Probabilities and hit rate | How often a pattern has played out in a particular way in historical data. See the next section — the number means less than you might think. |
| Macro and calendar | Summaries of public information and scheduled events. Background for your own assessment. |
Market data may also be delayed, differ between sources or contain errors. Always check prices against your own broker before you act.
04About the statistics and historical outcomes
Past results are no guarantee of future results. That is not a platitude, but something we hold to strictly:
A high hit rate does not mean that a method is profitable. A setup that hits often but produces small wins and large losses can have an expected outcome around zero — or below. That is why we never show a probability without also showing risk/reward and expected outcome. A number without that context is misleading, and you should be sceptical of that kind of number everywhere — including with us.
The statistics are calculated on a limited historical sample under specific market conditions. The future does not have to resemble that sample. Your actual result is also affected by spread, commission, swap, slippage and your own execution — costs that the backtest itself does not capture.
05Powell is an AI
Powell — the coach in the academy, the brief in the portal and the bot in Discord — is an AI assistant, not a human being and not an adviser. It can be wrong, misunderstand a question or express itself confidently about something incorrect.
Powell is built to explain concepts and methodology. It does not give investment advice, and an answer from Powell should never be treated as a basis for a decision in itself. Always check material statements yourself.
06Our broker partnerships
When you open an account with a broker through a link from us, TNBT may receive compensation from the broker. You should know that, and that is also all it means:
- It costs you nothing. You do not pay more, and you do not get worse terms, because you came through us.
- It does not govern who we recommend. We only work with brokers that are regulated and that we would use ourselves. The size of the compensation does not decide the placing in a comparison.
- It affects you positively. The more of us there are speaking with one voice, the higher priority we get with the broker — and you notice that when you need support. The partnerships are long term and are built on you staying: our job is to make you a profitable trader, and if you win, both the broker and we win. We never see your trades.
The choice of broker is always yours. Read the broker's own terms and risk disclosure before you open an account — their contract applies between you and them, not us.
07Limitation of liability
You make your own decisions and you bear the responsibility for them. TNBT is not liable for trading decisions you make, or for profits or losses that follow from them — regardless of whether the decision was influenced by our educational material, our analysis tools, Powell or discussions in the community.
The content is provided as is. We work to make sure that data and material are accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that they are free from errors, complete or available without interruption.
Nothing in this text limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Swedish law.
